4.1 Project Clients


Recorded video content (including your likeness, voice, and conversational content) is delivered
to our project clients for the purpose of developing artificial intelligence and machine learning
training datasets. Content is transferred on a per-batch basis upon receipt of payment. Our
agreements with clients include restrictions prohibiting the use of delivered content for deepfake
generation models, explicit or adult content generators, or any purpose that violates applicable
law.


4.2 Service Providers


We engage trusted third-party service providers who assist in our operations, including:
• Recording platforms (e.g., Riverside) for video capture and session management
• Contract management platforms (e.g., PandaDoc) for electronic agreement execution
• Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) for workflow coordination
• Payment processors for compensation disbursement
• Casting agencies and recruitment partners who assist with participant sourcing
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and
may only use it for the specific services they provide to us.

generation models or technologies.
• Content shall not be used for the creation of explicit, pornographic, or adult content of
any kind.

• Content shall not be used to create misleading representations of participants or to
attribute statements to participants that they did not make.
These restrictions are incorporated into our agreements with all clients and are enforceable
contractual obligations.


6. Data Retention


We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it
was collected, including:
• Intake and screening information: Retained for the duration of the project plus two (2)
years for potential future project opportunities, unless you request earlier deletion.
• Recorded content: Transferred to the client upon payment; we retain copies for quality
assurance and dispute resolution purposes for up to one (1) year following delivery.
• Payment records: Retained for seven (7) years as required by Canadian tax and
financial regulations.
• Website analytics data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form and is not linked to
individual identities.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us (see Section
10). Deletion requests will be fulfilled subject to our legal obligations and legitimate business
